MENOPAUSE- A MEDICAL CONDITION IN WOMEN

A menopause is a medical condition in which women lost their tendency of menstrual cycle for nearly a 12 months` time duration. The menopausal shift starts with unstable period cycle span and finally finishes with the last menstrual period.
During menopause, the woman`s ovaries stop functioning. The pair of ovaries is the reproductive organs in females which is located in the pelvis, each on both sides of the uterus. The main function of the ovary is to produce eggs as well as hormones like estrogen. During the monthly period, an egg is discharged from an ovary and then swims to the uterus through a Fallopian Tube. As a result of which after menopause, the women has lost the propensity to reproduce, become fertile or pregnant.
In order to overcome these conditions, you should do plenty of exercise, try as much as possible to be calm, take less amount of stress, cut-off spicy food or smoking and take proper sleep.
