of charge. If the readers are willing to study, download or print different
open access articles they can do it for free. The published articles are fully
licensed and their distribution, reproduction and non-commercial use is highly
permitted. All the submitted articles have been passed through the
peer-reviewing procedure by the editorial members. All the authors should
retain the copyright of their published work.
